How to Apply
Firstly, welcome and thank you for showing your interest in becoming a Service Partner for First
Assist.
There are two easy steps that need to be completed, but first, these are the documents you will
need to have ready in digital format to upload into the application:
- Proof of Address (not older than 3 months)
- South African ID Document
- Business Registration Document
- Tax Clearance Certificate
- VAT Certificate (if applicable)
- Bank Confirmation Letter (not older than 3 months)
- Confirmation of Insurance (current year)
- B-BBEE Certificate
- Pictures of your premises, trucks, and drivers’ licenses
If you would like assistance in completing the Application form, fill out and submit the Expression of
Interest document and one of our team will contact you to guide you through the process.
If you are happy to carry on with the Registration Form, please complete all sections and submit the document. This process takes approximately 30 minutes.
Our Team will vet the application and a reference number will be sent to you. Once the application
has been vetted, we will contact you to advise you of the outcome
